Terms and Conditions

By approving any and all invoices and mock-ups, I accept full responsibility for payment of the order that is delivered correctly to the specifications on the approved invoice. Any discrepancy between initial orders and what was approved on the invoice are client responsibility. Any changes or corrections must be made prior to approval; those made after approval may delay the order or incur rush fees to keep the original due date. If materials have already been printed or ordered, quantities may not be decreased after approval. Mock-ups are made using garment images provided by the manufacturer. Garment colors in hand may vary depending on material, dye batches, and screen/monitor calibration. We (Afternoon Printing) do our best to alert clients of significant variations - any delay this may incur due to changes after an order is confirmed are not the direct responsibility of Afternoon Printing. We use a Pantone Solid Coated color matching system for ink colors. For best accuracy, please correlate your artwork colors with this color book. Due to differences in how a digital image is displayed, final ink color may vary slightly from a digital mock-up.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us with your inquiries at the information listed on our website.
